Remembers your locker number, and how long it's been in use.
Type your locker number when you arrive, and Locker Mate holds onto it. The number and a running timer sit on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can check both without unlocking your phone or opening the app.
When you leave, hold the button to end the session. The app keeps a history of where you've been and how long you stayed, and tracks a daily streak.
Yes. The session is saved the moment you tap Start Session, and the Lock Screen timer is drawn by iOS itself — so it keeps counting whether the app is open, backgrounded or closed entirely.
The same is true during the 3-2-1 countdown. That countdown is only a visual lead-in; the timer has already started behind it, so it's safe to pocket your phone straight away.
No. Tap anywhere on it to skip straight to the session, or switch it off entirely under Info → 3-2-1 countdown.
So a stray tap in a gym bag can't wipe a running session. Hold it for about a second and it ends, showing your summary.
No. Sessions end themselves automatically after a cut-off, eight hours by default. You can change it under Info → Auto-end after, anywhere from one hour to twenty-four.
If a session ran longer than it should have, open the Activity tab, or use Edit on the summary screen, to correct the duration.
It fills as your session approaches the goal length you set under Info → Session goal. It's a target, not a limit — nothing happens when you pass it, and the timer keeps going.
Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and search for Locker Mate. There are Home Screen sizes and smaller Lock Screen ones, all showing the locker number and live timer.
If a widget shows "No locker in use" while a session is running, open the app once — that lets iOS refresh it.
Yes. In the Activity tab, touch and hold any session to delete it. Everything lives on your iPhone only, so deleting the app removes all of it.
Info → Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes the banner for good. If you've bought it before — on this phone or another — use Restore Purchases on the same Apple Account and it comes back at no charge.
Check Info → Live Activity is switched on, and that iOS allows them at Settings → Locker Mate → Live Activities.
